We'll start off the session with a run in Gleisdreieck park that might include scaling some walls, visiting a few sites in the area to explore their opportunities for climbing and balancing, or going up or down stairs in unusual ways. After the outdoors bit, we come back to our gym where we focus on building strength, working as a group, and learning basic martial arts techniques. We are a small, accessible, mixed-gender, queer-friendly group open to anyone, without any prior knowledge or specific degree of fitness required. Our martial art is Jutaijutsu, a traditional Japanese one focused on self-defence. Sounds interesting? We'd love for you to drop by and join us. You'll need running shoes and comfortable workout clothes, including a raincoat or the like for the park if the weather is bad. Once indoors, we train barefoot. Tauche ein in die Welt der Ballettfotografie: Gemeinsam mit Lolita und Denys entsteht ein Foto-Workshop, der die direkte Begegnung und fotografische Zusammenarbeit mit einem Tanz-Duo in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Im Fokus stehen ausdrucksstarke Motive einzeln und zu zweit sowie Einblicke in den Berufsalltag von professionellen Bühnentänzerinnen und -tänzern. Bei diesem Workshop arbeiten wir mit einer Auswahl verschiedener Kostüme. **Was dich erwartet** Bei diesem Workshop habt ihr die Gelegenheit, das Gelernte direkt auszuprobieren, Fotos zu machen und Feedback zu bekommen. Hi, This is Sagar here. This is my first ever group and just the second event. The point is: to come open-minded and look forward to meet some Berliners interested to learn, grow and build. Or help others to Learn, grow and build. As I said earlier, I am someone with an itch to get into entrepreneurship, but lacking the exact directions, and failing myself in some of the very basic things. I am sure there are many, sailing in the same ship.
