Let's meet at Kantin, home of the Twisted Cat brewery, for a brewery tour and tasting! Whether you know loads about beer or are brand new to it, this will be a great way for you to see the brewing process up close, get to know a wide range of beer flavors, and make new friends in the process :) We'll get started at 16:00. For your 35€ entry fee you will get: * a tour of the Twisted Cat brewery * 6-8 tastes of various beers from their range * finger food/nibbles (please let me know if you have any allergies!) * in-depth description of all beers, the brand, brewing process, etc. We should wrap up around 18:00, and whoever wants to stay for dinner and/or more beer is more than welcome :) Parking at Kantin is easy on-site, and public transport is just a short walk away. We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! This meeting will be a presentation by Brannan Kenny of Hadley about their free remote services. Target audience for this group is persons who are visually impaired, especially those who have experienced recent loss, however, all are welcome, including family members and supports.
