Our WordPress MeetUp community is mostly comprised of beginners and DIY'ers. We try to cover topics that will benefit beginner and intermediate users. We mostly function as a roundtable, where all community members can contribute from their experience and learn from each other. More advanced users are encouraged to join us to share from their knowledge.

What will we do? • Learn coping skills for anxiety and stress • Learn how to identity distressing thoughts and unhealthy behaviors • Learn how to manage your emotions using mindfulness meditation.

We encourage all participants to sign in promptly by 16:00 EST/21:00 GMT. This allows for sufficient time to generate the full attendee list and assign roles based on your language skill level. Please right-click on your image in the screen and select "Rename". Add your French Language Skill Level, ranging from F1 = Beginner to F5 = Advanced & F6= Exceptional, in front of your name. For example, "F5 - Jean" or "F3 - John". This is essential for helping organizers mix and match different skill levels and form pairs for one-on-one conversation sessions. The organizer will manage each pair using breakout rooms and will rotate partners every 15 minutes. In each session, half the time in French and half the time in English. Depression is one of the most common illnesses in these urban times where stress has become our constant companion. We have so many pressures upon us making us sink into depression. But then sometimes even the people who are suffering from depression do not know that they are suffering from depression, they will just fake a smile and stick it on their faces forever. But depression is not something that would leave you alone on its own. Maybe for someone, it might go away on its own however it is not guaranteed that it would go away on its own for everyone. Loneliness, sadness, failures are often the prime reasons for depression. Let's meet together and share our story, Together :) Cheers!
