Pro Referral Networking
“I track my success to the people I know and can reach quickly. My business would not be possible without the quality of my personal network. “
-Dale Carnegie
Here's what you will get:
Access to the top entrepreneurs in the South Bay.
Here's how it works:
This select group meets each week to reconnect with the sole purpose of supporting each others businesses - specifically to give warm referrals.
We give leads that are from highly trusted sources.
Here's what I want you to do next:
Apply for the group on the link below. We will review your application and discuss it with the group to see if it is a good fit.
The goal is to find entrepreneurs who are hungry to grow. You don't have to have a huge business, only the fierce burning desire to connect with South Bay businesses.
We help you do this by offering tools to scale your business, implement new growth strategies, connect with subject matter experts and get your high level questions answered.
Each week we meet to go over what we learned the previous week.
You will meet the same people each week, get to know them and understand their business.
This is an intimate setting for CEO's and business owners to get referrals, learn new information and get moral support.
The CEO's journey can be lonely, this is a place to regroup and recharge.
We are all supporting each other go grow our businesses, and the synergy created is greater than you could do alone.
Crucial Business Growth Habits That You Will Learn:
1. Schedule your day with a Keystone Habit. Plan this as a daily habit and start in the morning. This could be making a list of the really important things you need to accomplish.
2. Identify the 3 most important tasks that must get done. This is a Keystone Habit. You should plan on doing this daily and get it listed in the morning.
3. Review your goals. Another Keystone Habit that really does need to be reviewed daily. What action steps are required to keep you on point to reach the goals? Make sure it’s something obtainable and makes sense to work on now.
4. Do the hardest task first. Use Support Habits on a daily basis to get this done. If one of your goals is to keep your office clean and you have papers everywhere and you can’t find important documents, a support habit to this would be to schedule a time to re-organize your office. A support habit would be a big note to self: reminding yourself to get a box or bucket to stack your papers in before you go through them.
5. Chunk down a Project (Goal) into small manageable steps. Using more Support Habits on a daily basis at the time that works for you, provide yourself the steps from start to finish and only handle a small part of it.
6. Remove distractions before starting the work. Using Support Habits like shutting down all devices that will distract you are very helpful. Use a timer and stay focused while the timer is on.
7. Create an interruption-free environment. More Support Habits: Put a DO NOT DISTURB note in your work area. Put on white noise to help you stay focused. I like the sound of my laundry room dryer for white noise.
8. Reach out to 1 person each day who you can help or who can help you. Nurture real relationships with time to grow your genuine referral base.

Columbus Arduino Raspberry Pi Enthusiasts (CARPE) (Check Location)
Bring your Raspberry Pi, Arduino, microcontroller, or any other electronic project and join fellow electronics makers for a night of creativity and collaboration!
This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired.
**New to electronics or curious about tinkering?**
You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building.
While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability. This session will be at the Worthington Park Library in the Olentangy Meeting Room.

Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Bring plenty of cards!
