Functional Movement & Yoga at Merci Studio on Place Dillens (please register in advance at [www.popupyogaconcepts.be/schedule](http://www.popupyogaconcepts.be/schedule)) A practise linking functional movement with functional movement & breathwork. This practise emphasises posture correction, spine health & breathing properly even when challenged in key poses and during movement. This class is held in a close community giving the chance for people to meet others in a context of calm and wellbeing. We also go for a chai/coffee in the area after class, however this is not mandatory. The location is hosted at Merci Studio in St Gilles (near the parvis) . **Join us in Ixelles on Friday 24th of April** **and practice your French!** The aim is to chat in French and practice while having fun. You'll be greeted by Coline, the coordinator of Gallico Language Center. **Where?** Tavernier, Chau. de Boondael 445, 1050 Ixelles **When?** Friday, 24th of April, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. **For who?** Everyone is welcome **How much?** It's free and the first drink is offered by Gallico! Join us bowling and drinks at Crosly Bowling. We'll kick off the night with a few rounds of bowling on one of their 25 lanes, offering both classic and disco-themed experiences. Whether you're a seasoned bowler or a first-timer, it's all about fun and making friends. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, socialize, and take an evening drink with other people. The cost of the event is **9 euro**, which includes one game + shoes rental. This will be paid at the event, with cash or bank app. Any additional game, drink or snack will be at personal expenses. È un incontro informale, perché non è un evento strutturato, ma piuttosto un gruppo di persone che si riuniscono per parlare e praticare l'italiano.
