Cómo la respiración puede ayudarte a regularte, escucharte y empezar un cambio profundo a través del trabajo corporal. **DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO:** ¿sabes cómo respiras y cómo influye en tu vida? La respiración como herramienta corporal para regularte y transformarte. La respiración es mucho más que una función automática o inconsciente del organismo: es una vía directa de contacto con lo que sentimos y de cómo estamos en el mundo. En esta charla exploraremos cómo la forma en que respiramos influye en nuestro estado emocional, en nuestro nivel de tensión y en nuestra capacidad para estar presentes. Es importante saber cómo respiro, cómo es mi propio patrón respiratorio. Entender cómo es una forma apropiada de respirar y reconocer mi estructura anatómica y funcional. Asumir una cierta responsabilidad y concienciación diaria de la propia ventilación. Practicar técnicas respiratorias junto con el desbloqueo de la tensión corporal para recuperar una respiración funcional y una cierta coherencia en cómo es mi forma de vivir. Todo esto va a impactar e influenciar en la gran mayoría de los sistemas del organismo. La respiración se convierte entonces en una herramienta de regulación y también de autoconocimiento. Se formularán propuestas y mostrarán metodologías para mejorar la respiración y que sea más eficiente, libre y orgánica.
