How Founders Use AI : Singapore Edition
How Founders Use AI : Singapore Edition
How Founders & Operators Use AI brings the eChai conversation to Singapore. Builders who are actively working with AI tools across coding, product, marketing, sales and internal operations, all in one place. There is no stage, no slides, no panel. Just people who are building things and using AI to do it better. Founders share the stack they rely on, what they have dropped and what has genuinely improved speed or output. Operators walk through the workflows they use day to day, how they structure prompts, where automation fits in and what still requires human judgment. The conversation happens naturally. Over coffee, over drinks, in small groups that form and reform through the evening. Someone mentions a tool they switched to last week. Someone else explains how they restructured their entire content workflow around AI. That is the format. Singapore brings together founders, operators and investors from across Asia and the world, and this session creates a focused space to meet the people who are shaping how startups work with AI. You will meet early stage founders building their first AI-powered pro duct, teams using AI to scale across global markets and operators who have integrated AI deeply into how they run their companies. People from fintech, SaaS, AI-native, deep tech, climate and creative tech often join in, making the exchange rich in perspectives and real use cases. If you are experimenting with AI, already using it in your daily work, or curious about how Singapore's startup community is adopting AI, you are welcome to join a warm and global group of founders who enjoy learning from fellow builders one conversation at a time. Entry is free. You only pay for what you order. **eChai Ventures - Your Startup's Global Neighborhood.** Startups grow faster when founders are plugged into the right conversations. That's what eChai makes happen, connecting founders across cities, stages, and markets. Visit: [eChai.Ventures](https://echai.ventures/?utm_source=luma)

Steps of kindness - The Pack2Treat Walk
Steps of kindness - The Pack2Treat Walk
Some walks are for fitness. This one is for kindness. Date: 11 April 2026 (Sat) Time: 8:30 am to 1:00 Venue: Upper Thomson MRT (TE8) Exit 4 Our journey begins at Thomson MRT, leading us into the peaceful trails of MacRitchie Reservoir. For 11km, we walk through nature — reminding ourselves that Singapore’s greatest strength has always been community. But the real purpose of the walk lies beyond the trail. At Shunfu Food Centre, we will savour the old-school flavours that many seniors from Blk 170 Toa Payoh still remember and long for — simple dishes that carry memories of kampung days, hard work, and a lifetime of stories. Through Pack2Treat, these meals become more than food. They become a small gesture of love for 80 elderly residents, while also supporting the hardworking older hawkers who keep these traditional tastes alive. This walk also celebrates the generous spirit of the Live Share & Care community, whose quiet acts of giving make these meals possible. From forest trail to hawker table, every step reminds us that kindness grows when people walk together. Because sometimes the most meaningful journey is not the 11km we complete — but the smiles we deliver at the end of the walk. Please read this #1 - This is a number-controlled event. Please come only if you are on the attending list. #2 - We will move out at 0830 sharp. We are not able to wait for late-comers. #3 - As this is a limited number event, please check your calendar and make sure you can come before you RSVP. Do not change your attendance at the last minute and deny someone else who genuinely wishes to come.

Humanist Program
Humanist Program
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. Interested? Contact Preston Moore k.preston.moore@gmail.com 614-300-5989 ———————————— Engaging in men’s work is the new way to forge friendships while being open-minded to personal growth. Many men experience healthier relationships, personally and professionally, by engaging in this work. Open Men’s Group is a container for men to share vulnerably without receiving judgment or feedback. We believe that emotionally mature, powerful, compassionate, and purpose-driven men will help heal some of society’s deepest wounds. We support the powerful brilliance of men and we are willing to look at, and take full responsibility for, the pain we are also capable of creating – and suffering. CMG Gives Back: Serve Brunch at FAITH MISSION GRANT KITCHEN!
CMG Gives Back: Serve Brunch at FAITH MISSION GRANT KITCHEN!
Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area. Below are some links / attachments with additional info/details: IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our group will be providing all of the volunteers on this day so a firm RSVP count is essential. Please only sign up if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please try to update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. With few exceptions, no shows or cancelations within 1 week of the event will not be eligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve. Our Partner Agency for this event is Lutheran Social Services! A huge THANK YOU to all of YOU for volunteering at this (and any of our previous) CMG Gives Back events! Should be a good/fun/meaningful time together, Dan
