Do you lay awake at night wondering what makes Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Very Tasty? Are you dying to know the difference between lazy jacks, lazy lines and jackstays? Does your heart race at the sight of a green can buoy, but you don't quite know why? Basic Sailing Theory has your back! Join us for five thrilling Monday evenings (7–9 pm) where we’ll bravely tackle some issues relating to weather, navigation, seamanship, rules of the road, chart work, safety at sea, and more. Drawn to what felt like the last wild and lawless frontier, she started sailing three years ago. After covering several thousand miles at sea, she has learned that water demands more constraint, discipline and respect for rules than land ever did. This is her first experimental attempt at sharing some of those rules.
