It's been said that knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but wisdom is knowing **not** to put it in a fruit salad. How do we reckon the difference between knowledge and wisdom? Is it possible to have one without the other, or does one depend upon the other? Does wisdom always arrive with age? Is more and more knowledge of any value in our post-information culture? Consider these and other questions at Socrates Cafe in Dun Laoghaire; buy a drink at the bar and add your voice, your point of view, to this important conversation.

We'll meet here, get maps, and head out to find a set of controls around the area. At each control, take a photo so we know you made it, then post your best shots to the group afterward. Expect light running, quick thinking, and a fun outdoor challenge. Wear comfortable shoes, bring your phone, and be ready to explore.

Centro Cultural Capoeira Água de Beber (CECAB) – Capoeira Água de Beber Cultural Centre – is a non-profit organization, founded officially in January 2002. Its pivot activity is Capoeira (classes, rodas, workshops, public presentations, cultural events, performances), however it aggregates other cultural manifestations as: samba de roda, maculelê, frevo, ciranda, dança do coco, dança afro, puxada de rede, craftworks workshops of making and playing music instruments, video projections, movies, lectures about relevant cultural topics and matters related to enforcement of citizenship. All the activities realized through CECAB are designated to execution of social responsibility projects, further on the sportive, cultural and artistic activities through the realization of the shows, presentations and events related to Capoeira and Brazilian culture.

A lovely session of music and song in a relaxed and supportive environment. All levels of musician and singer welcome. You can come and sing or play one song or just come and listen to the other members. Great way to build up your playing skills and build up your confidence. We don't pay the bar for this session, so make sure you buy at least one drink. Charge €2.

Life Drawing Session, Tuesday evenings 6:30-9:30pm and Saturday afternoons 12-3pm in lovely Dublin City centre studio, with huge south facing bay windows and loads of natural light. Easels, drawing boards, all art materials and tea and coffee included. Summer Session, Thursdays, June 4 - July 23, 2026, from 6 to 8:30pm ET **NAMI Family-to-Family** is a free, eight-week program for family members, caregivers, and partners of individuals living with mental illness. NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. Other topics covered include communication, problem solving, treatment, and recovery.

This is an all inclusive event to inform, support and help bring special needs families and the community together. Come and enjoy family and sensory friendly: games, activities, snacks, free stuff and more! Meets the 2nd Saturday of each month.
