Conceitos complexos como matéria e energia escura, partículas subatômicas e formação de galáxias são traduzidos em experiências sensoriais através de tecnologias como vídeo mapping, instalações sonoras polifônicas, realidade virtual e projeções em fulldome. Em um planetário de última geração, que ocupa uma sala de 1.200 m² revestida de projeções 360°, superfícies siderais são recriadas.
