Wir freuen uns euch zu sehen (virtuell oder vor Ort). * 18:00 Uhr: Einlass * 18:30 Uhr: Talk * ab 19:30: Ausklang des Abends Dank an [qSkills](https://qskills.de/) für Location, Bier und Pizza! \-\-\- Oft sollen Anwendungen in entkoppelten Modulen entwickelt werden, um Ordnung und Struktur in unseren Code zu bekommen und darüber Wartbarkeit zu garantieren. Microservices stellen dafür einen sehr konsequenten Ansatz dar, können aber auch eine hohe Komplexität mit sich bringen. “Monolithen” hingen sind vergleichsweise bequem in der Entwicklung, stehen aber im Verdacht, schnell zu einem unübersichtlichen “Big Ball of Mud” zu werden. Diesem Problem versucht “Spring Modulith” entgegenzutreten. Damit werden Spring Boot-Anwendungen in einer gemeinsamen Codebasis entwickelt (”monolithisch”), innerhalb dieser werden aber Module definiert ("modulitisch"), deren korrekte Verwendung anhand von Architekturregeln kontinuierlich überprüft und sichergestellt wird. Außerdem erweitert Spring Modulith das Spring-eigene Eventsystem, um auch zur Laufzeit für eine Entkopplung der Module zu sorgen. In diesem Live-Coding-Vortrag möchte ich anhand praxisnaher Beispiele eine Einführung in Spring Modulith geben und mit euch diskutieren, welche Konsequenzen sich für unsere Anwendungen daraus ergeben und für welche Szenarien dieser Ansatz besonders geeignet ist. \-\-\- Dein Vortrag bei der Java Usergroup Nürnberg! Please join us the 3rd Wednesday of each month to learn more about the Columbus Ski Club and what we have to offer. Pizza, wings and a variety of appetizers provided. We are a non-profit organization founded in 1958 with over 800 members. The club has grown beyond the single mission of providing members with not only quality skiing events but also year round social and sport activities. Our gatherings are an opportunity for members and non-members to interact and learn about the many activities offered such as euchre, billiards, volleyball, pickleball, tennis, bowling, golf & softball leagues along with ski and non-ski trips. Our members also plan group activities such as visits to wine tastings, bike trips, comedy clubs, concerts, plays and local sports games, etc. CSC membership is not required to belong to the Meetup group. Membership is required in order to participate in most club activities (CSC member). However, anyone (21 and over) is welcome at our meeting gatherings which consist of checking out our current activities and socializing. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start. We'll hike 3.4 miles on the Killdeer and Yellowlegs Trails - both out and back gravel trails. If we want more mileage we can repeat an out and back. Pace of around 3.5 mph, no one left behind and those who want to go faster sure can! As always optional lunch after. This is the second Metro Park in the lineup for me - with 21 to go (plus more are being added).
