Prépa mentale** — On pose l'intention de la session. Un icebreaker pour briser la glace avec les autres et avec soi et préparer le mental à la suite. **2\. Circuit training** (cardio & renforcement musculaire) — Des exercices physiques adaptés à tous les niveaux. On active le corps sans le brutaliser. **3\. Immersion** **dans la mer** — Une baignade en mer pour ancrer dans le corps ce qui s'est passé dans la tête. Si tu as peur que l’eau soit froide, sache que tu seras préparer pour. **4\. Debriefing** — On met des mots sur l'expérience. Ce qu'on a ressenti, ce qu'on retient, ce qu'on emporte. **Pour qui ?** Tout le monde*. Pas besoin d'être sportif·ve. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start. Come solo or bring a friend!

The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. **Over time I'm hoping to organize a hike to all the Franklin County Metro Parks. This is the first one so if you're interested jump in!** **We'll start with the Canopy Walk, a cool feature of this park. Climb 100 stairs to the top - or take the elevator if stairs aren't your thing. At the top there are a bunch of things to play on - a rope bridge, a fireman pole that we can slide down - and more! About fifteen minutes there and we'll head to the natural trail, Buttonbush, Maple and Beech Trail for 2.2 miles then do a 1.7 mile loop on the paved Greenway Trail. We'll be passing our cars as we transition if you only want to do the first loop, or the second loop.
