PLEASE BE AWARE: this group is exclusively for open water swimming in the sea. Before joining any swim, you MUST read and understand all the points below. Safety and personal responsibility are our priorities. 1. RESPONSIBILITY: By joining, you acknowledge that you swim entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK. Each participant is solely RESPONSIBLE for their own safety and wellbeing. This is an informal group of amateur sea swimmers — there is no lifeguard, coach, or medical assistance provided. 2. DISTANCE & CONDITIONS: We usually swim 200–400 metres away from the shore, in deep water. To join, you must already know how to swim confidently — being used to swimming regularly in a pool and able to cover at least 1000 metres. This is not a swimming school. Remember: you swim entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK. The route goes parallel to the beach, about 600m forth and back (approx. 1200 meters in total). Slower swimmers will always be accompanied by an experienced member of the group, and no one will be left alone. If at any time you feel unwell, dizzy, tired, or decide to leave the water, you MUST inform someone from the group before exiting. For safety reasons, never leave the water alone or without having told another swimmer. 3. SWIM BUOY: Most of us use a SWIM BUOY, which increases visibility and allows us to keep small essentials dry while swimming. For safety reasons, newcomers should always swim with a buoy. If you don’t have one, please mention it in the comments so that one of the regular members may bring an extra buoy if available (subject to availability). 4. MEETING TIME: The meeting time varies throughout the year depending on sunrise. We usually gather a bit earlier to enter the water and watch the sunrise from the sea. PLEASE, BE PUNCTUAL so the group is not delayed. 5. MEETING POINT: We meet at the parking area right in front of “McDonald’s”, at the same level as the Red Cross building (Passeig Marítim de la Nova Icària, 38, 08005 Barcelona, near the restaurant L’Scamarla). For safety reasons, if you arrive late, do not enter the water alone. 6. BELONGINGS: There are no lockers available. Sometimes one of us comes by car and can keep a few belongings, but this is entirely at your own risk. The car owners do NOT take any responsibility in case the vehicle is broken into and items are stolen. We recommend not bringing valuables — only the absolutely necessary. If you must bring important items, the safest option is to carry them in a swim buoy. 7. EQUIPMENT: We suggest bringing GOOGLES, a SWIMMING CAP, and — if you have one — a neoprene wetsuit (although it’s also possible to swim without). 8. JELLYFISH: Remember that we are swimming in their home. Encounters are possible at any time of the year. Avui us portem una activitat que ens fa especial il·lusió, i és que us proposem **un espectacle emblemàtic i molt nostre**, una representació tradicional dintre de la festivitat de Setmana Santa i que **tothom hauria de veure una vegada a la vida**. Si, marxem a Esparreguera per veure, a **primeríssimes files**, una representació espectacular, **La Passió**! **La Passió d’Esparreguera** **és una experiència cultural única** que combina *tradició, art i emoció*. Amb més de *500 actors, orquestra en directe i tecnologia escènica moderna*, aquest espectacle captiva el públic amb la seva espectacularitat i profunditat. La representació transporta l’espectador a un **viatge històric i teatral** que recrea els últims dies de Jesús, des del Sant Sopar fins a la seva resurrecció, amb una posada en escena d’una gran bellesa i intensitat dramàtica. Començarem la ruta a l’estació de Caldes de Malavella però, en aquesta ocasió, no entrarem a la població, de gran interès turístic i arqueològic en raó de les termes romanes, els balnearis , els edificis modernistes i les ermites i esglésies, sinó que anirem directament al Camp dels Ninots, un àrea arqueològica i forestal amb recons encisadors com el bosc terapèutic. La visita a Caldes la farem en altre sortida a finals d’aquest mes, abans de que finalitzin els bitlles gratuïts, combinant la visita amb una petita ruta al voltant de Caldes. Ja penjarem la sortida més endevant. L’estació de Caldes està allunyada del centre de la ciutat i no tindrem ocasió d’anar a prendre un cafè però a dins de l’estació hi ha banys per qui ho hagi de menester. La ruta combina pistes y corriols i algun tram urbà fins arribar a Sils on entrarem pels estanys que visitarem i acabarem a l’estació de Sils. Davant l’estació hi ha taules de pícnic i al voltant es pot trobar algun bar que estigi obert. El horaris de tornada del tren son 14:30 – 15:54 – 16:30 – 17:24 – 18:00 – 18:30 – 19:00.etc.

An easy and captivating route, featuring **stunning spots of absolute beauty that remain surprisingly little known**. We will hike **11 km with only 160 m of total elevation gain**, starting from Llançà and heading north. Along the way, a string of spectacular coves awaits us — perfect places to relax and recharge.
