La pratica è pensata per tutti i livelli, dai/dalle più curios\* alla prima esperienza a chi pratica già da tempo: l'importante è avere voglia di stare bene, muoversi e lasciarsi andare all'aria aperta. Dopo la sessione, per chi ha voglia di prolungare il momento, ci fermiamo per un picnic rilassato sull'erba — ognun\* porta qualcosa da condividere! Lavoreremo insieme su respirazione, mobilità e ascolto del corpo, con una sequenza che ti lascerà ricaricат\* e con il sorriso. Hello everybody, I usually look for events on Saturdays but I can hardly ever find any, so I asked myself, "Why don't I organise one ?" The idea is to meet at **Next Bar in Via Crema 7** (Very close to P.ta Romana underground station / yellow line) at **18:00** and hang out there for some time. You can also enjoy drinks and eat for 13 Euros (p.s. the buffet is mind-blowing). Guests are required to buy their first drink upon entry. I kindly encourage you to RSVP during the week if you can. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
