The session starts with introductions, followed by group games then finishes with audience/performance sessions. Max capacity is 30 and spots are held based on how soon you sign up. This group is for badminton enthusiasts who are passionate about exploring the connections between metabolism, energy, and exercise. We are welcome beginner plus, intermediate and advance level players looking to improve your skill or a seasoned player seeking to optimize your performance on the court, this group is for you! Join us for friendly games. This badminton session is a weekly event and it is followed with dinner together but it is optional. Birdies: Please bring one birdie with you. However, if you are intermediate plus or advanced level, bring two birdies with you. Court fee: It will be informed at the comment section by 4pm. Sure Pickle Ball is all the rage yet Ping Pong is a unique experience and is safer, however, it's a little more challenging yet easy to learn while meeting new friends. We will start with practise for a half hour before team play begins. Remember, we play for fun. You will get in lots of table time with a 3 hour event. I was fortunate enough to have a Ping Pong table in our basement growing up. With 3 other brothers we had some serious rivalries going on. The more you play the better you get. My youngest brother mastered the art of spinning his return shot to make it very difficult on how you played your next return volley.
