Improving the quality of our breathing can powerfully support our lives. Practicing in the Salt Cave, with the support of 8 tons of salt, is a truly special experience. Everyone knows that during a cold or flu, salt can provide quick support. And of course, we all know how to breathe, because we are alive. Learning proper breathing takes time and a little perseverance.
