Pass code= 540070 Tai Chi Stick Exercises and Tai Chi Stick Form is open to all students. We’ll use a light stick approximately 36” long that you can easily get at a Home Depot or similar store. The exercises are designed to improve strength, flexibility and coordination. We will also learn a short choreography of movements done slowly and smoothly that anyone can easily follow. Each lesson begins with warm-ups followed by reviewing the choreography taught up to that point, and then continuing to learn an additional movement. This is a fun way to learn more about Tai Chi and improve your health.

Agile Articulators is the only Speech and Debate Toastmasters club in the San Francisco Bay Area. We will have a prepared and impromptu debate during the meeting. Come to debate with us! We follow the Lincoln-Douglas debate format. Newcomers are given a coach for their first debates.
