Immersion** **dans la mer** — Une baignade en mer pour ancrer dans le corps ce qui s'est passé dans la tête. Si tu as peur que l’eau soit froide, sache que tu seras préparer pour. **4\. Debriefing** — On met des mots sur l'expérience. Ce qu'on a ressenti, ce qu'on retient, ce qu'on emporte. **Pour qui ?** Tout le monde*. Pas besoin d'être sportif·ve.
