A Blanes hi anirem en tren 🚂, i des d’allà ens endinsarem en **12 km amb 390 m de desnivell** per paisatges mariners que canvien a cada gir. Passarem per cales com Sant Francesc, Cala Treumal, Sa Cova i Sa Boadella, descobrint petits racons amagats que solen passar desapercebuts als ulls dels turistes. Aquesta època de l’any, amb la primavera despertant, el camí es vesteix de colors vius, amb pinars que perfumen l’aire i llum que ressalta tots els tons del Mediterrani. El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Recomanem anar de demà.** *** **REGLES BÀSIQUES PER AL SOFTCOMBAT** **NORMATIVA I SEGURETAT** **la participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes:** Per a garantir la seguretat dels participants, totes les armes alienes a seran testades prèviament, conservant-se el dret a admissió de l'arma o de l'usuari. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. **La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes.** 1. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Sobretot davant persones que hagin demostrat de manera present o passada un comportament deshonest, vexatori o frau davant l'entitat, els seus membres o equip de direcció. 11. * 📸 **Instagram:** [✨ @polepolehiking](https://www.instagram.com/polepolehiking/) * * **🌳 RUTA DE SENDERISMO ( Bosc artístic d'Ernest Borras)🌳** * **🌳**El **Bosque Artístico de Ernest Borràs**, ubicado en Dosrius (Maresme), no es solo una ruta por la naturaleza; es una caminata por la mente de un artista que decidió que las paredes de un museo eran demasiado pequeñas para su obra. * 🎨 La Historia del "Afinador de Pianos" que esculpió un bosque Para que la historia sea interesante, hay que empezar por el protagonista: **Ernest Borràs**. No era el típico escultor de academia desde joven. De hecho, heredó el oficio de su padre: **era afinador de pianos**. Esta sensibilidad por la armonía y el sonido la trasladó más tarde a las formas. A los 50 años (en 1980), dio un giro radical a su vida: cerró su negocio y entró a estudiar Bellas Artes. Se instaló en su finca, llamada **"Casa Viva"**, en Dosrius, y durante más de 30 años se dedicó a "escuchar" al bosque. This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. **The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception** Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory. For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions. We all know that marketing and analytics go way beyond attribution. Sara will show how Condado uses customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy. She’ll also highlight how Condado leverages customer feedback at scale to influence operational priorities, positioning marketing as the voice of the customer across the organization. In the last 12 years Condado has gone from one location in Columbus to 52 locations across 10 states, so we’re guessing there’s more to that growth than really good guac (though the guac probably helps).
