✖ Le yoga Vinyasa c'est quoi? Vinyasa est un terme Sanskrit qui signifie synchronisation du mouvement sur la respiration. Il est composé de deux racines : « nyasa » qui signifie « placer » et « vi » qui signifie « d'une manière spécifique ». On définit donc le yoga Vinyasa comme un enchaînement de mouvements dynamiques, initié et harmonisé par la respiration. Le yoga vinyasa est issu du yoga Ashtanga, qui lui consiste à exécuter une série de postures dans un ordre bien précis. À la différence de l'Ashtanga, le yoga Vinyasa est plus libre et créatif : il n'impose aucune série de mesures. Les enchaînements sont le fruit de l'expérience acquise par l'enseignant et sont adaptables aux besoins de chacun.

Looking for a creative, fun, and bilingual experience in Paris ?
The **Club International de Paris** invites you to its **Franco-English Theatre Workshop** – a unique opportunity to practice both languages through acting, meet people from all over the world, and grow in confidence on stage and in life!
🎭 This is **not a typical theatre class**!
Participants work with excerpts from plays, skits, movie scenes, and mini-plays — alternating between **English and French**, all in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re a beginner in theatre or already experienced, you’re welcome to join.

Rires & papote
**Viens booster tes défenses immunitaires, libérer tes endorphines et remettre ton corps en mouvement avec le yoga du rire.**
1 heure de partage, de bonne humeur et de lâcher prise 😄
Pas besoin de connaître des postures de yoga. Seuls des exercices de rire (rire sans raison) et de respiration sont pratiqués.
On commencera par une petite présentation et une mise en mouvement : réveil musculaire, étirements et respirations pour se mettre dans l'ambiance. Ensuite on passera par les fameux exercices de rire nécessaires au relâchement des tensions (pendant lesquels on force le rire jusqu'à ce qu'il apparaisse naturellement) et on finira par la méditation du rire, grand moment de fous rires collectifs.
Avant de clôturer, une petite relaxation pour intégrer tous les bénéfices du rire.
**Et parce que le rire crée du lien, on reste après l'atelier pour papoter autour d'un verre 😊**

Thinking positively is not enough.
You also have to get rid of the negative thinking.
Your mind is like a garden.
You can plant many beautiful flowers in it, but if you don't get rid of the weeds when you plant your flowers, the weeds will soon take over the whole garden.
A positive thought is like a flower in your mental garden, and a negative thought is like a weed.
You cannot expect to have a positive mindset if you continue to have negative thoughts dwelling and growing there.
So, how do you get rid of the negative thoughts? That's what this Meetup is all about. Attend this local meeting and find out!

Hike Blacklick Woods and The Canopy. Optional lunch after.
**Over time I'm hoping to organize a hike to all the Franklin County Metro Parks. This is the first one so if you're interested jump in!**
**We'll start with the Canopy Walk, a cool feature of this park. Climb 100 stairs to the top - or take the elevator if stairs aren't your thing. At the top there are a bunch of things to play on - a rope bridge, a fireman pole that we can slide down - and more! About fifteen minutes there and we'll head to the natural trail, Buttonbush, Maple and Beech Trail for 2.2 miles then do a 1.7 mile loop on the paved Greenway Trail. We'll be passing our cars as we transition if you only want to do the first loop, or the second loop. Pace of around 3.5 mph but no one left behind.**
