We'll start off the session with a run in Gleisdreieck park that might include scaling some walls, visiting a few sites in the area to explore their opportunities for climbing and balancing, or going up or down stairs in unusual ways. After the outdoors bit, we come back to our gym where we focus on building strength, working as a group, and learning basic martial arts techniques. We are a small, accessible, mixed-gender, queer-friendly group open to anyone, without any prior knowledge or specific degree of fitness required. Our martial art is Jutaijutsu, a traditional Japanese one focused on self-defence. Sounds interesting? We'd love for you to drop by and join us. You'll need running shoes and comfortable workout clothes, including a raincoat or the like for the park if the weather is bad. Once indoors, we train barefoot. Membership there is 30 EUR/month and you will be able to train three times a week.

Do you want to play football but don't want to pay? Are you a bit unfit, a bit old, or a bit Terrible? Want to have a relaxed kick about and a couple of beers after? Then Terrible Football is for you!
Anyone can play: any ability, any age, and any gender. Terrible Football is about miss kicked clearances, sweet half volleys and desperate diving saves. We play in the rain, sun or snow. It's completely free, and always will be. It's open, inclusive and Terrible.
We usually play on Astro (artificial grass) and sometimes on grass, depending on numbers. Bibs, balls, and cones are taken care of! Just bring sporty clothes and a pair of rubber studded football shoes you'll be good to go! You don't need shin pads and we don't allow hard plastic or metal studs.

**Please be aware - this is not a class. It's a practice for people who learn to dance.** Take your time to practice Salsa with your friends and friendly faces. We will adjust the music to the students that come - but generally, we will keep the music on the easy dancing side. After the practica (about 75 minutes), if people are interested, we will head to one of the bars nearby for a get-together. Event description Join us for a founder roundtable at the La Moda Me meeting room in Berlin. This meetup brings together entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals who want to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and support each other in building projects and businesses. The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map.
