Fun & Free Yoga Class with Energy Healing and Meditation at the end of the session. This will be a beginner friendly class with additional instructions for advanced level moves. I'm Melissa, I trained as a yoga teacher in Indonesia as well as Kundalini from the Gobind Institute.
