Pro Referral Networking Women's Group
Pro Referral Networking Women's Group
“I track my success to the people I know and can reach quickly. My business would not be possible without the quality of my personal network. “ -Dale Carnegie Here's what you will get: Access to the top female entrepreneurs in the South Bay. This group is women's only, but we have many other groups that are for men as well. Here's how it works: This select group meets each week to reconnect with the sole purpose of supporting each others businesses - specifically to give warm referrals. We give leads that are from highly trusted sources within our group of long term members. Here's what I want you to do next: Apply for the group on the link below. We will review your application and discuss it with the group to see if it is a good fit. The goal is to find entrepreneurs who are hungry to grow. You don't have to have a huge business, only the fierce burning desire to connect with South Bay businesses. We help you do this by offering tools to scale your business, implement new growth strategies, connect with subject matter experts and get your high level questions answered. Each week we meet to go over what we learned the previous week. You will meet the same people each week, get to know them and understand their business. This is an intimate setting for CEO's and business owners to get referrals, learn new information and get moral support. The CEO's journey can be lonely, this is a place to regroup and recharge. We are all supporting each other go grow our businesses, and the synergy created is greater than you could do alone. At the end of the meeting you will have a dozen new friends, ideas that will give your business a spark, and possibly new referrals that will be ideal for your business. Who knows, you may even get a million dollar idea, which is what Colleen had when she started this group. \*Note\* We need to talk or email with you before the meeting, please reach out to any of the admins to introduce yourself. We need your name and email. Then we will email you the meeting link. We regularly have 20+ people in the live meetings, which may not be reflected on this page.

"It was the best time I've had in a long time. The host did a fantastic job" - David M. After the event, we'll leave the event open for about 15 minutes so you can exchange contact information with anyone else from the event. This is a great opportunity to make new friends. Typically about 65% of the attendees are singles so it's even a chance to possibly meet that special someone! FAQ: If I have friends or family members that don't live with me, can they be put on a team with me? Yes! We'd say about 75% of participants sign up on their own but if you have any friends or family members that want to join, they can too (simply message the host at the beginning of the event and ask to be placed on the same team as them). Each player needs to buy their own ticket. If you have a family member/s that is same household as you, they are welcome to sit next to you and you can play along with you but each device needs to purchase their own ticket. If I attended a past event with you, can I sign up for this one? Yes, In fact we never use repeat questions and we always change up the games so feel free to sign up with as many of our upcoming events as you'd like! How do I join the event? After you sign up on to Eventbrite we will send you a link with an invitation to join the event. We'll send you that link by the day of the event. If for some reason you don't see an email from us by the event date, make sure to check your spam folder in case it ended up there by accident. What is the age range? All ages (Over 18) are welcome. We usually have a good mix of ages. How many will be participating? We expect between 15 and 30 people. Get more details and tickets at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/112531388412 https://secure.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/a/e/8/e/highres_491204686.jpeg

In more than 160 countries worldwide, approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 30,000 Rotary clubs. Established in 1910, The Rotary Club of San Mateo is among the more established and vibrant Clubs of the San Francisco Peninsula. We are 155-members strong and have an extensive history of service. Rotary club membership represents a cross-section of the community's business and professional men and women. The world's Rotary clubs meet weekly and are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. The main objective of Rotary is service — in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world. Rotarians develop community service projects that address many of today's most critical issues, such as children at risk, poverty and hunger, the environment, illiteracy, and violence. They also support programs for youth, educational opportunities and international exchanges for students, teachers, and other professionals, and vocational and career development. The Rotary motto is Service Above Self. Although Rotary clubs develop autonomous service programs, all Rotarians worldwide are united in a campaign for the global eradication of polio. In the 1980s, Rotarians raised US$240 million to immunize the children of the world; by 2005, Rotary's centenary year and the target date for the certification of a polio-free world, the PolioPlus program will have contributed US$500 million to this cause. In addition, Rotary has provided an army of volunteers to promote and assist at national immunization days in polio-endemic countries around the world. If you are interested in becoming a Club member, please click on the “How to join” link. Please also contact our Membership Committee Chairs for more information. If you are already a Club member, this website contains many helpful resources. Be sure and use our member directory to contact other Rotarians, consult our Club Calendar for upcoming Club events and activities, and keep up on Club news by reading the most current and past editions of Spinnings. Also, check out the Club Handbook for a listing of the committees you have volunteered to work on this year. Thank you for your service!hinker with a keen eye for understanding how to implement transformational change in organizations. I believe that education must be an instrument for moving society beyond the status quo toward a better, more sustainable future. Furthermore, I see schools should be places for individual and collective transformation, and should model possibility, strength of community and a better world for all. I continue to work in the field of education as a change agent for a thriving 21st century education system, and a more sustainable and holistic paradigm.

Sunday at Highbanks Metro Park
Sunday at Highbanks Metro Park
We will meet next to the restrooms at the [Big Meadows Picnic Area](https://www.metroparks.net/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/HBK_Web_1980.png). They're all the way at the back of the park, and they can be found at coordinates [40°09'06.6"N 83°02'30.2"W](https://www.google.com/maps/place/40%C2%B009'06.6%22N+83%C2%B002'30.2%22W/@40.151828,-83.0423587,214m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m10!1m5!3m4!2zNDDCsDA5JzA4LjAiTiA4M8KwMDEnNDUuMSJX!8m2!3d40.1522222!4d-83.0291944!3m3!8m2!3d40.151827!4d-83.041715?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI0MTIwNC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D) (near the playground and the zip line). We'll hike about 5 miles at [Highbanks Metro Park](https://www.metroparks.net/parks-and-trails/highbanks/) on the Dripping Rock and Overlook Trails. Afterward, we'll head over to [Olentangy River Brewing](https://www.olentangybrew.com/) for drinks, coffee, or food (their Sunday [food truck](https://www.olentangybrew.com/eventsandfood) is Venezuelan and always gets good reviews). The actual address of the brewery is [303 Green Meadows Dr S, 43035](https://www.google.com/maps/place/303+Green+Meadows+Dr+S,+Lewis+Center,+OH+43035/@40.1551938,-83.0144045,17.25z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x8838f395cef06c97:0xe407de61b3e30069!8m2!3d40.1551765!4d-83.0124352!16s%2Fg%2F11c26jc7j9?entry=ttu). If you can't make the hike, we should be there by noon. **How to find our starting point in Big Meadows:** If you are new to Highbanks, the Big Meadows picnic area is 1.5 miles into the park just after you turn into the park off of U.S. Route 23. That is, after you enter the park, drive a mile and a half into the park. You will come to a crosswalk with a yield sign in the middle of it (this is not to be confused with the first such crosswalk you come to just in front of the Nature Center, which you arrive at maybe a quarter of a mile into the park). Just after this second crosswalk, make a left. Then make another almost immediate left into the parking lot on your left. There you will see the jungle gym and the kiddie zip line to your left. I will be just in front of the restrooms just a bit further down from the jungle gym and picnic shelter; the restroom building will also be on your left.
