Join us for a relaxed post-Christmas daytime run, aiming for around 10km on grass and trails. Depending on numbers, we’ll look to split into pace groups of approximately 5:00/km, 5:30/km and 6:00/km. If the Visitor Centre café is open, we’ll stick around for a coffee afterwards.

Join us for an in-between, what day is it, swim! It's cold at the moment so don't stay in too long if you are not used to the cold water. Bring a hot drink and layers for afterwards. High tide is 1830 so we will have just enough water. Looking forward to seeing you there :-)

Sunday Walk in St. Anne’s Park. We will be meeting at the Red Stable Gate in St Anne’s Park, how to get there you can get the 130 Bus there and yes, there is a car park too. We can go to the Olive Room Cafè before or after the walk, there is toilets inside and outside the premises. The walk will be around 1 in half hours long, dogs are welcome too on leads! It is optional to do Dollymount Beach too, where is there is a Cafè there called Happy Out, there is inside and outside seating too, if you want to go their. Every event is €5 but that pays for the month and you do to pay anymore for the month. I hope to see you there Thomas

A silent ashram retreat comprises of spiritual practices from the Yogic path, a combination of gentle Hatha Yoga and various types of meditation and reflection, under guidance. These practices are designed to nourish the body, calm the mind and help us to grow in awareness of our true selves. Everyone is welcome and no experience necessary. **What is involved?** Gentle Hatha Yoga sessions, sitting and walking meditations, time for private reflection, nourishing vegetarian food and a closing Satsang each evening. All of these practices help us to grow in greater awareness, to discover the Divine within. A time for relaxing the body, quietening the mind and nourishing the spirit as we enter into a New Year. **Cost:** €150 Residential (2 nights)/ €85 Non-residential (1.5 days) or €60 (for one full day). Meet-Up Hike We are meeting at Tara Street for 10:30, meeting beside Fresh (shop) opposite side of the Ticket Machines. We will wait five minutes so please be early. After we will walk to Poolpeg Street, the Bus 47 (Dublin Bus) is scheduled for 10:45, the bus duration is 45 minutes (estimation). We will be getting off at Belarmine Drive. Then it is 11 Minute walk to start. You can get on the Bus from Stillorgan Laus Stop and from Sandymount Bus Stop also. There is a Fernhill Car Park also (which is 12 minutes away) Walk is 2 1/2 - 3 hours long (Distance 6KM).

You are all very welcome to join our new in-person meditation meeting, every Saturday at Navan library from 10:00 to 11:30 (Ukrainian) and from 12:00 to 13:30 (in English). At the weekly meditation meetings, you will learn how to achieve a state of true meditation. We will also show you how to meditate at home and how to keep your subtle system in balance. You will be introduced to the practice of Sahaja Yoga and its benefits, followed by a guided meditation and a short video talk by Shri Mataji (the founder of Sahaja Yoga). In a relaxed atmosphere, you are welcome to clarify any questions and talk about your experience. ​ Classes are all FREE OF CHARGE. No prior appointment is necessary and no prior experience or knowledge of meditation is required for these classes. The techniques you learn are not based on physical exercises and can be done sitting on a chair or the floor. Wearing something comfortable will help you relax.

This walk will start from SOUTH EAST ENTARANCE of St. Stephens Green. How to get there ? E1/E2, F1/2/3 and the LUAS brings you there, these are all suggestions how to get there. We will be meeting at 11:00, if you could arrive 5-10 minutes early that would be great! There is lots of Cafe choices around to get refreshments and snacks. Have a nice day everyone

We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
