About us

My name is James, I am a yoga teacher here in Dublin. I’ve been practicing yoga for over three years, I started yoga while working long oncall shifts when I couldn’t go running as a way to move. It quickly became more than just movement and became a regular mindful practice I fell in love with.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Joga Yoga in Indonesia with a focus on Hatha and Vinyasa styles.

My teaching style is breath led, creating a judgement free space for every body to move and breathe freely. Welcoming absolute beginners to more experienced yogis, I always offer different options and variations to meet you where you are today, so you can move in a way that feels right for you.

You can expect flows that build on strength, flexibility and endurance both physically and mentally with pranayama (breathwork) at the start of each class. We will hold poses to build strength and always come back to our breath to help regulate the nervous system. My intention is that at the end you leave feeling grounded and calm.

My favourite pose at the moment is Wild Thing. It’s a beautiful chest opener that feels liberating and freeing, a reminder to take a moment to have fun, both on and off the mat.
