In the midst of all that is happening around us, in the region and beyond: What can I actually control? What truly deserves my attention? What really matters—for myself and for those around me? Can I be more simple, more practical, more steady in the current situation? Does a calmer mind respond better than a restless one? Will concern help, or does it quietly drain clarity and action? We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based.
