Ice Bath & Sauna Experience (8:50 - 9:30 AM)
Recharge your system with the ultimate cold immersion. Guided by the COOL MOVE team, this cold therapy experience will help reduce inflammation, accelerate muscle recovery, and sharpen mental focus—setting you up for an unstoppable day ahead. Finish it off with a Sauna for ultimately recovery and relaxation.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, swimsuit, flip flops and a towel
