We're all about taking a moment to stop and take a breath.
In our hectic, fast-paced society, we spend our days in a rush to get from one place to another, one task to another, usually while also doing something else. We spend our days meeting the needs and expectations of others.
Meditation carves out a time for us to do something for ourselves. 
Guided meditations relieve you of the need to focus on the “what” and the “how” and allows you to just come along for the ride. I have been leading guided meditations for more than 30 years. Allow me help you to start your weekends more peace filled and relaxed.
