This group aims to bring everyone together through Yoga, Meditation and Walks for health and well-being.
We'll meet almost every day on weekdays, practice Yoga & meditation, and in our discussions, we'll share our knowledge and ideas to support each other in developing healthy habits and routines.

We teach yoga in a holistic way by energizing and integrating your mind, body, and spirit. It offers the benefits of traditional asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and special meditations.

We would love to know what topics you'd like to discuss at the end of the Yoga session. Please send me a message with your suggestions.
