This is a loaded, strength-endurance & skill-building workout.
The circuit currently consists of mace 360鈥檚, and inner & outer club mills.
If you have yet to be familiar with those moves, we teach them at the Sunday group
If you are, now we鈥檒l up the ante with heavier weights, and lotsa reps (we have a range of tools to keep you challenged and safe).
Includes dynamic warm-up, and a fully programmed circuit workout that鈥檚 fun and definitely gym-like in terms of work load and longer-term gains in strength, stability, and range of motion.
Your joints, muscles and brain will all thank you for coming!
