Let's light up your inner fire!
Sometimes we feel low energy and don’t know how to shift it.
The breath is one of the fastest ways to influence how we feel.
Different breathing techniques can either activate, calm, or balance our nervous system.
This is a paid breathwork practice (7€) using simple yogic pranayama techniques to energize, balance, and support nervous system regulation.
* Having some prior breathwork experience can be helpful, but it’s not required.
* Both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

What We Will Practice
- Releasing tension from the body
- Grounding & settling
- Natural Breath observation
- Kapalabhati (energizing breath)
- Nadi Shodhana (balancing left & right brain)
- Bhastrika (energizing breath)
- Bhramari/humming breath (calming effect)
What to Expect
You will explore different breathing techniques and notice how they can energize, calm, or balance your system.
These are simple tools you can use anytime.
Important
This session may not be suitable if you have:
- High or low blood pressure, pregnancy, panic disorder, recent surgery, ear infections, retinal issues or glaucoma.
If you have lower back sensitivity, please support your lower back with a cushion.
How to Prepare
- No heavy meals 2 hours before
- Wear comfortable clothes (nothing tight around the belly)
We will be sitting with a straight spine. Just come as you are.

About Me
My name is Levi (some know me as Merve), and I am a certified breathwork teacher with a nervous system–informed approach, trained in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).
I run online breathwork, body, and meditation programs, where my work focuses on helping people connect with their breath, understand their body, and build awareness of their patterns.
