When you learn how to regulate your body and mind through your breath, your capacity to deal with everyday challenges increases, and the things that once felt overwhelming may start to feel more manageable.

This group is a space to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner
calm, right in the heart of the park. Each session includes simple, science-informed techniques that help reduce stress and bring you back to the present moment.

Discover Your Voice Through Breath & Sound
Most of us have forgotten how to breathe. And most of us have never felt what our own voice can do inside the body.

breath & sound in the simplest, most natural way.
This is a paid breathwork practice (7€) using humming, vowel sounds, and breath to help you slow down, settle into your body, and feel what vibration actually does to your nervous system.
No singing. No performing. No experience needed. Just you, your breath, and sound.
What We Will Practice
- Releasing tension from the body
- Grounding & settling
- Natural Breath observation
- Bija pranayama - seed sounds (A, U, M, AUM): ancient root sounds that create vibration where the body resonates most naturally)
- Humming breath
- Soft ujjayi (ocean) breath
What to Expect
You will leave feeling quieter than you arrived.
Not because you tried to relax but because your body was given the right conditions to do it on its own.
How to Prepare
- No heavy meals 2 hours before
- Wear comfortable clothes (nothing tight around the belly)
We will be sitting with a straight spine. Just come as you are.

Breathwork for Energy & Balance

Sometimes we feel low energy and don’t know how to shift it.
The breath is one of the fastest ways to influence how we feel.
Different breathing techniques can either activate, calm, or balance our nervous system.This is a paid breathwork practice (7€) using simple yogic pranayama techniques to energize, balance, and support nervous system regulation.
* Having some prior breathwork experience can be helpful, but it’s not required.
* Both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

This session may not be suitable if you have:
- High or low blood pressure, pregnancy, panic disorder, recent surgery, ear infections, retinal issues or glaucoma.If you have lower back sensitivity, please support your lower back with a cushion.

Discover Your Breath.

Did you know your breath directly affects your mind and emotions?
If your breath is fast, irregular, shallow, or reversed… You may not feel relaxed or calm. But when your breath becomes smooth and deep, your body feels safe, and your mind stays calm.This is a paid workshop (13€) focused on returning to the foundations of breathing.
No complicated techniques. No forcing.
Just re-learning how to breathe correctly by using the full capacity of the respiratory muscles.
The Purpose of This Workshop
We will focus on our main respiratory muscles: diaphragm & intercostal muscles
When these muscles are used correctly:- Your body naturally shifts into relaxation
- Your nervous system begins to regulate
- Your vagus nerve (the nerve that signals safety to the brain) gets activated
You don’t need to tell yourself to relax.

- Natural Breath Awareness
- Diaphragmatic Breathing
- Intercostal Breathing
- Holistic Breathing
- Shallow vs Reversed Breathing (and how to catch it in real time - very important!)IMPORTANT: Please complete this short pre-session check-in form if you plan to join, so the session can be adapted to your needs!
Before doing any advanced or “intense” breathing techniques…These are the FOUNDATIONS.
