We can’t deny it—stress is part of our lives. But long-term stress can take a serious toll on our health. And while breathing exercises, mindfulness, and meditation are helpful, effective stress management goes far beyond that. ✨

In this workshop, we’ll explore the roots of stress, how to manage it on a daily basis, and the additional stressors womxn often face. You’ll gain insights into your personal resources for stress management and learn how to cope with challenges in a healthier, more sustainable way. 🪷

🎤 About the speaker:
Fay (they/them) is a non-binary, neurodivergent (Autism + ADHD) certified systemic coach specializing in stress management and burnout prevention. With a background in various fields—from NGOs and project management to retail—they offer coaching and awareness workshops focused on building more inclusive and empathetic spaces. Fay’s work centers neurodivergent individuals, FLINTA, and those striving for a more conscious approach to well-being and connection
