A practical workshop for leaders and professionals who want to learn how to hold their ground in disagreements with clarity, confidence and respect.

Tickets must be purchased in advance via LUMA

When someone dismisses your point of view, invalidates your position or pressures you to agree against your conviction, it can be difficult to express yourself effectively and respectfully. Through reflection and realistic scenarios, you will learn to recognise behavioural patterns, hold your stance and stimulate positive dialogue without engaging in dynamics such as over-explanation, withdrawal, self-dismissal or resorting to power-dynamic resolutions.

We will cover:

  • Recognising dominance, interruption and pressure.
  • Understanding what may drive these behaviours.
  • Knowing the difference between directness and shutting others down.
  • Using Pause, Position, Protect to respond clearly and set boundaries.
  • Deciding when to continue, pause or step away.

Agenda:
19:00h – Doors open
19:15h – Workshop starts
20:30h – Networking

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Tea, coffee, soft drinks and juice are included; additional consumption is at your own cost.
  • Doors close at 19:10h, so please be on time.
  • Maximum capacity: 10 attendees.
