In this session, we’ll explore The Infinite Mindset Model and what it looks like in practical terms. We’ll look at how the model helps leaders stay grounded under pressure, respond intelligently to change, see possibility in difficult situations and make support visible so that success feels collective rather than individual.

Too often, leadership is treated as a title, a role, or a series of short-term wins. But in reality, the way we lead teaches people how to respond to challenges, how to handle change and how to recognise growth in difficulty.

This will be a practical, interactive session designed for professionals, founders, managers, team leads and anyone who wants to lead with more clarity, courage and impact.

During the session we’ll cover:

• The four parts of The Infinite Mindset Model.
• How each trait shows up in real leadership situations and affects trust, confidence, and action.
• How leaders can use this mindset to respond to challenges in a more constructive way.

About the Speaker
Saba Shakir is a Leadership Communication and Learning & Development specialist who designs practical training to improve speaking, interpersonal skills, and leadership confidence. She is also President of Women4Space, promoting inclusion and opportunities in the space sector. With a Masters in Linguistics and a degree in Social Psychology, she focuses on helping professionals communicate clearly and lead effectively. Her research on building an inclusive space workforce will be presented at IAC Antalya 2026.
