Este taller de masaje thai guiado forma parte del Minifesti, un día lleno de actividades de movimiento y bienestar.

El taller lo imparte la magnífica Alix.

Un espacio para parar, respirar y reconectar a través del masaje tailandés. Aprende técnicas sencillas de estiramiento y presión para liberar tensiones y habitar el cuerpo con más presencia. Un taller accesible a tod@s para dar y recibir desde la escucha.

This guided Thai massage workshop is part of Minifesti, a day full of movement and wellness activities.

A space to pause, breathe, and reconnect through Thai massage. Learn simple stretching and pressure techniques to release tension and inhabit your body with greater presence. An accessible workshop for everyone, focused on giving and receiving through active listening.
