Sourdough Workshop with B.J.

*Updated parking info in the comments* Join us for this fun event and learn how to make a homemade sourdough loaf. Our fabulous member, B.J. Ellison, will be teaching us how she makes her sourdough loaves (and her bread is amazing!) She will bring starter to share with everyone.

What you need to bring:

• Bread flour (organic is ideal)
• Non-metallic mixing bowl
• A container to take your dough home in
• Optional - Dough whisk - if you have one. If not, we'll share.
• Optional - Digital kitchen scale - if you already have one
• Your beverage of choice (wine, soda etc.) We'll have a charcuterie board and light snacks at the event.

At the end of the event, you will have dough that you can take home to bake.
