Welcome! We are simply a group of people who are interested in meditation and enjoy the experience of meditating together as a group. The meditation style is up to you, there are no rules about this. The meetings are suitable for both beginners and seasoned meditators.

**Explore** a great way to wind down from the week with **deep stillness** and **profound energy**. The first hour is guided meditation interspersed with silence and music that has proven to rejuvenate both experienced and novice meditators.

Doors open at 6:15 pm.
