Dharma Wednesdays is an on-going community exploration of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Taken from different translations, one or two Sutras are presented each week, many addressing current events and others shedding light on navigating the spiritual path. Each class includes discussion, meditation or visualization, and connection with like-minded souls. No previous experience is necessary. Topics include the 8 Limbed Path, Kriya Yoga, meditation methods, karma, ignorance, discernment and the promise that future suffering can be avoided.
