On se rencontre chaque mercredi pour parler français. Parmi nous, il y a des gens qui ont le français comme langue maternelle, et des gens qui aiment le français et le maîtrisent plus ou moins. On aime discuter et parler de tout et de rien, et on est toujours content de recevoir des gens qui sont de passage ou des nouvelles personnes qui veulent écouter, parler, pratiquer ou poser des questions. Cette semaine, on retourne au Café Merkur, Café sympa et calme avec une cuisine de mediteranée orientale. La table est toujours gérée d'une façon très libre et relaxée, on se rencontre et on parle aux autres participants et participantes autour de nous. NOTE: Si vous comptez venir, inscrivez-vous s'il vous plaît, pour qu'on puisse prévoir assez (mais pas trop non plus) d'espace au restaurant. Comme ça, on sera à l'aise et l'endroit qui nous accueille aussi. On commence à 18h30 , mais ce n'est pas un problème de rejoindre après. Normalement, il y a au moins une dizaine de personnes qui vient aux rencontres. Cette rencontre est aussi annoncée sur notre groupe facebook ("Vienna French Meetings") A mercredi alors!

Let's start our regular meetups again! All yarn crafters (knitters, crocheters, yarn spinner, yarn witches, etc.) and masters of other crafts are invited to come and join us. Let's bring our needles, hooks, yarn and work together on our latest projects while catching up and getting to know each other :) please note that the number of participants on Meetup is limited because there is already a large group of regulars :) All levels are welcome! Lansăm un club de carte scrisă în limba română, la Viena, dedicat tuturor celor care vor să transforme lectura într-o experiență împărtășită. Ne dorim întâlniri relaxate, cu conversații autentice, opinii diferite, râsete, poate și mici controverse – exact așa cum se întâmplă atunci când o carte chiar ne pune pe gânduri. Clubul este deschis celor care trăiesc în Viena și citesc sau vor să înceapă să citească literatură scrisă în limba română, dar și oricui se simte conectat la limba română. Expect a technical tour of visualisation tools for multivariate and high-dimensional data in R with practical examples! **ℹ️ Abstract** Statistical graphics are central to exploring and modeling complex data. As dimensionality increases, uncovering structure and dependencies becomes more challenging. This presentation gives an overview of practical tools for visualizing multivariate data, from strategic use of scatterplots and scatterplot matrices to linear and nonlinear projection methods. Special emphasis will be placed on tour methods—animated sequences of linear projections—that reveal clustering, outliers, and nonlinear relationships.
