Artichoke Fest in Alaquàs : JUST FYI and/or Let's Feast Together

Folks, Artichoke Festival of Alaquàs (in a suburb accessible by bus) returns for the 10th anniversary edition the weekend of February 6-7-8. Viva La Festa de la Alcachofa! I've been meaning to go for 9 years :)

Alaquàs is accessible by buses 160, 161 and 170 which leave from Plaza Espana and it takes about 40 minutes one-way. The last ride to get back to Valencia is around 23:00/11:00 PM so there is plenty of time to indulge in "cultura, artesania, gastronomia i comerç" as the promo suggests.

I myself just wanna pig out on delicious artichokes prepared every imaginable way(s) and experience this unique celebration of agricultural heritage.
