🐬 What about starting the day from the sea?
Join us for a relaxed Sunrise SUP session in Barcelona. We’ll meet at the SUP rental place in Vila Olímpica and paddle out as the sun comes up.
This is a simple and beautiful way to move your body, enjoy the sea, meet nice people and start the day with a different energy

☕🥐After the session, we usually go for breakfast together nearby. This part is optional, but highly recommended if you have time

This activity is suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome. You just need to know how to swim. The activity leader will share some basic SUP tips, fun exercises and help the group feel comfortable on the water.

💰Price: €5 booking fee + €15 board rental if needed
The €5 booking fee is paid online when you book your spot.
This small booking fee helps us organize the group, avoid last-minute no-shows and keep these SUP sessions accessible.
Board rental: +€15
Paid directly at the rental place.
Bring your own SUP board or rent one at the spot for €15.
Rental includes:

• 1h15 SUP board and paddle rental
• wetsuit when needed
• life jacket
• hot shower and lockers

Free booking fee for Yepalo Club members. Ask us if you want to join the Club :)

Important: different SUP sessions may be shared there, so always check the date and time of the message that applies to your booking.

👙 What to bring?

• Swimming suit
• Towel
• Flip-flops
• Sunscreen
• Water
• A long-sleeved shirt, optional
• A lock, optional — there are some lockers with keys there

📍 Meeting point
We meet at Club Pati Vela, in Vila Olímpica.
Google Maps might send you on top of the pier — don’t go there.
Go down to the sand in front of Pacha / Shoko, look towards the sea, then walk left along the pier at beach level.
You’ll see small boats on the sand. That’s Club Pati Vela, right under the pier and next to the water.

⚠️Important. Check the video and picture on how to find the place as the indications on Google maps are not very clear.

🤓 Good to know
SUP depends on sea and wind conditions.
If the sea or wind conditions are not safe, we’ll cancel or reschedule the session.
This is a relaxed group session, not a formal SUP class. The activity leader will share tips and help the group, but everyone is responsible for their own safety on the water.

🌦️ Weather & cancellation policy
The €5 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel or don’t show up.
If we cancel due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, we’ll normally keep your €5 as credit for a future SUP session.
If you’re not based in Barcelona and can’t realistically join another session, let us know and we’ll refund it.

🐬 ¿Qué te parece empezar el día desde el mar?
Únete a una sesión relajada de Sunrise SUP en Barcelona.

Nos encontraremos en el punto de alquiler de SUP en la Vila Olímpica y saldremos a remar mientras sale el sol.

Es una forma sencilla y bonita de mover el cuerpo, disfrutar del mar, conocer gente maja y empezar el día con otra energía 🌊

Después de la sesión, solemos ir a desayunar juntos cerca de la playa. Esta parte es opcional, pero muy recomendable si tienes tiempo ☕🥐

Dificultad
La actividad es apta para todos los niveles. Principiantes bienvenid@s. Solo necesitas saber nadar. El activity leade compartirá algunos consejos básicos de SUP, ejercicios divertidos y ayudará al grupo a sentirse cómodo en el agua.

💰Precio: 5€ de reserva + 15€ de alquiler de tabla si la necesitas
La reserva de 5€ se paga online al reservar tu plaza.
Esta pequeña reserva nos ayuda a organizar el grupo, evitar cancelaciones de última hora y mantener estas sesiones de SUP accesibles.
Alquiler de tabla: +15€ (opcional)
Puedes traer tu propia tabla de SUP o alquilar una allí. Se paga directamente en el punto de alquiler.
El alquiler incluye:

• 1h15 de tabla de SUP y remo
• neopreno cuando sea necesario
• chaleco salvavidas
• ducha caliente y taquillas

Importante: en la misma comunidad se pueden compartir diferentes sesiones de SUP, así que revisa siempre la fecha y hora del mensaje que corresponde a tu reserva.

👙 ¿Qué traer?

• Bañador
• Toalla
• Chanclas
• Protector solar

• Camiseta de manga larga, opcional
• Candado, opcional — allí hay algunas taquillas con llave

📍 Punto de encuentro
Nos encontramos en Club Pati Vela, en la Vila Olímpica.
Google Maps puede enviarte encima del espigón — no vayas allí.
Baja a la arena frente a Pacha / Shoko, mira hacia el mar y camina hacia la izquierda por el espigón, a nivel de playa.
Verás pequeñas barcas en la arena. Eso es Club Pati Vela, justo debajo del espigón y al lado del agua.
⚠️Importante. Mira el video y la foto sobre cómo encontrar el lugar, ya que las indicaciones en Google Maps son confusas.

🤓 Bueno saberlo
El SUP depende de las condiciones del mar y del viento.
Si las condiciones del mar o del viento no son seguras, cancelaremos o reprogramaremos la sesión.
Es una sesión relajada en grupo, no una clase formal de SUP. El responsable de la actividad compartirá consejos y ayudará al grupo, pero cada persona es responsable de su propia seguridad en el agua.

🌦️ Meteo y política de cancelación
La reserva de 5€ no es reembolsable si cancelas o no vienes.
Si cancelamos por condiciones de mar o viento no seguras, normalmente guardaremos tus 5€ como crédito para una futura sesión de SUP.
Si no vives en Barcelona y no puedes venir fácilmente a otra sesión, escríbenos y te lo devolveremos.
