Join us for a relaxed Afterwork SUP session in Barcelona. We’ll meet at the SUP rental place in Vila Olímpica and go for an easy paddle along the Barcelona coastline.It’s a simple and refreshing way to disconnect from the day, move your body, enjoy the sea and share a good moment with nice people.
🍻 After the session, we usually go for a drink together nearby. This part is optional, but honestly… it’s often where the magic continues.
This activity is suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome. You just need to know how to swim. The activity leader will share some basic SUP tips, fun exercises and help the group feel comfortable on the water.
💰 Price: €5 booking fee + €15 board rental if needed
The €5 booking fee is paid online when you book your spot.
This small booking fee helps us organize the group, avoid last-minute no-shows and keep these SUP sessions accessible.
Board rental: +€15
Youu can bring your own SUP board or rent one at the spot.
Paid directly at the rental place.
Rental includes:- 1h SUP board and paddle rental
- wetsuit when needed
- life jacket
- hot shower and lockers

If the sea or wind conditions are not safe, we’ll cancel or reschedule the session.

Es una forma sencilla y refrescante de desconectar del día, mover el cuerpo, disfrutar del mar y compartir un buen momento con gente maja🍻 Después de la sesión, solemos ir a tomar algo juntos cerca de la playa. Esta parte es opcional, pero sinceramente… muchas veces es donde la magia continúa.

La actividad es apta para todos los niveles. Principiantes bienvenid@s. Solo necesitas saber nadar. El responsable de la actividad compartirá algunos consejos básicos de SUP, ejercicios divertidos y ayudará al grupo a sentirse cómodo en el agua.💰 Precio: 5€ de reserva + 15€ de alquiler de tabla si la necesitas

🐬 What about starting the day from the sea?
Join us for a relaxed Sunrise SUP session in Barcelona. We’ll meet at the SUP rental place in Vila Olímpica and paddle out as the sun comes up.
This is a simple and beautiful way to move your body, enjoy the sea, meet nice people and start the day with a different energy☕🥐After the session, we usually go for breakfast together nearby. This part is optional, but highly recommended if you have time
This activity is suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome. You just need to know how to swim. The activity leader will share some basic SUP tips, fun exercises and help the group feel comfortable on the water.
💰Price: €5 booking fee + €15 board rental if needed
The €5 booking fee is paid online when you book your spot.
This small booking fee helps us organize the group, avoid last-minute no-shows and keep these SUP sessions accessible.
Board rental: +€15
Paid directly at the rental place.
Bring your own SUP board or rent one at the spot for €15.
Rental includes:- 1h15 SUP board and paddle rental
- wetsuit when needed

- hot shower and lockers

📍 Meeting point
We meet at Club Pati Vela, in Vila Olímpica.
Google Maps might send you on top of the pier — don’t go there.
Go down to the sand in front of Pacha / Shoko, look towards the sea, then walk left along the pier at beach level.
You’ll see small boats on the sand. That’s Club Pati Vela, right under the pier and next to the water.⚠️Important. Check the video and picture on how to find the place as the indications on Google maps are not very clear.

SUP depends on sea and wind conditions.
If the sea or wind conditions are not safe, we’ll cancel or reschedule the session.
This is a relaxed group session, not a formal SUP class. The activity leader will share tips and help the group, but everyone is responsible for their own safety on the water.🌦️ Weather & cancellation policy
The €5 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel or don’t show up.
If we cancel due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, we’ll normally keep your €5 as credit for a future SUP session.

🐬 ¿Qué te parece empezar el día desde el mar?
Únete a una sesión relajada de Sunrise SUP en Barcelona.Nos encontraremos en el punto de alquiler de SUP en la Vila Olímpica y saldremos a remar mientras sale el sol.
Es una forma sencilla y bonita de mover el cuerpo, disfrutar del mar, conocer gente maja y empezar el día con otra energía 🌊
Después de la sesión, solemos ir a desayunar juntos cerca de la playa. Esta parte es opcional, pero muy recomendable si tienes tiempo ☕🥐
Dificultad
La actividad es apta para todos los niveles. Principiantes bienvenid@s. Solo necesitas saber nadar. El activity leade compartirá algunos consejos básicos de SUP, ejercicios divertidos y ayudará al grupo a sentirse cómodo en el agua.💰Precio: 5€ de reserva + 15€ de alquiler de tabla si la necesitas
