AWS Girls Chile es una comunidad dedicada a promover la participación activa y el empoderamiento de las mujeres en el ámbito de la tecnología, específicamente en relación a Amazon Web Services (AWS). Proporcionan un espacio seguro y de apoyo para que las mujeres compartan conocimientos, experiencias y oportunidades relacionadas con AWS. A través de eventos, talleres y charlas, pretenden fomentar la diversidad, la igualdad y el crecimiento de las mujeres en la industria tecnológica. La comunidad fomenta el desarrollo de habilidades, la tutoría entre iguales y el intercambio de conocimientos, con el objetivo de desafiar los estereotipos de género y crear un entorno inclusivo para que las mujeres tengan éxito en el campo de la tecnología.
