Over the Rainbow 🌈

This Meetup group is for 🌈 LGBTIQA+ Folk (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Gender Diverse, Queer, Questioning, Asexual +) their partners and allies, who live in, work in or frequent the Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula regions and would like to meet others within the Geelong Queer Community.

The group was created to improve the health and wellbeing (mental & physical) of people from the rainbow community by creating social connections, reducing isolation and providing the opportunity to form new friendships.

There will be occasions to get together for coffee Meetups, dining out at local restaurants, movies, art exhibitions, picnics, ten pin bowling, mini golf, theatre performances, walks, etc., anything that may be happening in our wonderful region.

This Meetup group which started early 2013, is maintained by the organisers however its success is reliant on you, the members, suggesting and attending events.

A recent and recognisable face photo (of yourself only, ideally head & shoulders) is required to join. Your photo and profile will only be visible to group members and will assist others in recognising you (and you recognising others) at Meetup events you attend.
