ProductTank provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Orlando and all over Central Florida to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modeling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two.
We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground.
We also have a blog and encourage the community to get engaged by commenting on or writing new posts for http://www.mindtheproduct.com.

Returning ProductTank Orlando presenter, and serial innovation author - Stephen Shapiro - will show us how to take our product team performance next level in the chaotic age of algorithms.
How? Stephen created a brilliant deck of cards to help workgroups be at their innovative best. It's called Personality Poker. And if you've seen a few 'type systems' in your day, this one is really something different and quite special.
As Stephen says, "Contrary to conventional wisdom, opposites don't attract. So we tend to surround ourselves with people who are similar to us. Great for efficiency, but sameness kills innovation."

# About Stephen
Stephen Shapiro began his journey in innovation over 25 years ago, founding and leading a 20,000-person innovation practice at Accenture.
He is the author of eight books, including his latest, You’re Not Playing with a Full Deck, and the creator of Personality Poker, an interactive experience played by more than 250,000 people worldwide.
Stephen’s expertise has been featured on major television networks including CNBC, USA Network, and TLC, making his ideas as engaging on screen as they are on stage.
He serves as a Senior Research Fellow with The Conference Board, has delivered presentations in over 50 countries, and was inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame in 2015.
Offstage, Stephen explores innovation through magic and music, two disciplines deeply connected to creative thinking. Magic gives him a chance to make the impossible possible, while playing the tenor sax lets him practice improvisational jazz, a form of innovation in real time.
