El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. **La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes.** 1. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Other martial arts are based in strength and muscle power, but Taichi is instead an answer to the question: ¿Why fight strength with strength when you could use their power against them?
