Over his eight years at Amazon, Mathieu has experienced several facets of the company’s unique culture. He has led the Subscribe & Save retention program across Europe and managed the computing category on Amazon.de. Today, he focuses on delivering value and driving engagement for Prime members across Europe. Mathieu is passionate about customer-centric innovation and about building products that turn users into lifelong customers.

This principle shapes how Amazon builds products and makes decisions, from the PRFAQ process to the Two-Pizza Team rule.
In this session, Mathieu will unpack the core Amazonian concepts behind “working backwards” and show how they are applied in real-world product building.
