Hi, Dear One! I'm Lauren LeBeaux (luh-BO), and welcome to Brown Girls Wellness with Lauren LeBeaux (formerly Brown Girls Bar Crawl). BGW is a sacred space for Black and Brown women to prioritize themselves, heal in community, and deepen their spiritual practices.

A little about me: I am trained as a 200 Hour yoga teacher and I'm certified in trauma-conscious yoga. I have a mindfulness certification from University of California, Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center and the Awareness Training Institute, completed a year-long training to become a Scent Priestess and a three year training as a Shamanic energy healer. I used my gifts to guide those who’ve experienced trauma and are feeling stuck to break old patterns, heal themselves and become the person they were always meant to be. My superpowers are my warm spirit, radical authenticity and ability to reflect the beauty and brilliance of my clients back to them.

After a 5-year hiatus, Brown Girls Bar Crawl returns for one special summer reunion.

Join us Saturday, July 4th for an unforgettable night through Downtown Newark to celebrate community, culture, nostalgia, and summer joy.

We’ll be hitting FOUR bars starting at FOUR pm on the FOURTH of July featuring curated drink specials, music, photo moments, good vibes, and that signature Brown Girls energy that made the crawl legendary. The night will end with a live DJ and family reunion vibes all around.

Whether you came to the original crawls or you’re joining us for the first time, this is your invitation to get outside, reconnect, and make memories with old and new friends alike.
