Heroes of Rokugan (HoR) is a living campaign set in the world of Legend of the Five Rings (L5R). Players take on the role of samurai from the many clans within Rokugan, a fantasy world that comprises many elements of ancient oriental cultures, where politics and honor can be just as deadly as a katana or bow. As with other living campaigns, characters created for HoR can be played anywhere else, taking their abilities and acomplishments to other states, conventions, and even online.
